DETERMINING LEVEL OF TRAINING AND RESEARCH PROCESS

The determination of the level of doctoral training and research process will be organized at the component school in November of each year. To determine the level:

1/ To evaluate realistically the student's efforts and cooperation with the mentor and counselor;

2/ To determine and evaluate whether the research work has been done at the stage of learning or has reached the appropriate level

The following documents will be used to assess the level of student training and research:

1/ An evaluation sheet indicating that the relevant course has been studied and evaluated by the curriculum;

2/ Mentor's recognition on participation in scientific conferences and professor's presentation and discussion;

3/ Student's report on the progress and results of experiments and research conducted on the topic;

The doctoral students work plan book should include the mentor's reference about the research process and research work done during the academic year and the plan.
