The International Nurses' Rights Protection Day is observed every year on May 12. On this occasion, the Department of Nursing from the School of Beauty at CITI University has organized the "Physical Health Assessment and Examination" event.
During the event, nursing students provided health check-ups and consultations to the faculty, staff, and students of the university. The services offered included:
- Measuring blood sugar levels in peripheral blood vessels
- Assessing oxygen levels and measuring pulse rate in peripheral blood vessels
- Checking blood pressure
- Calculating body mass index (BMI)
- Testing for Hepatitis B and C viruses
Dr. Professor Ts. Baigalmaa, the president of CITI University, sent her greetings to the nursing students and faculty on International Nurses' Day. She wished them success in their important work for public health. She also expressed appreciation for the nursing services being provided, especially considering the heavy workload of both students and faculty. She thanked them for conducting tests and offering valuable consultations during this busy time.
