The graduating student is responsible for defending and passing the thesis and final exam with a grade of “C” or higher. Students who fail to defend their dissertations, fail the final exam, or fail the exam due to valid reasons will be postponed for a certain period of time, and this period will be determined by the graduation committee.

The Graduation Committee issues a decision approving the results of students who have successfully defended their dissertations and final exams, and issues a resolution to award graduates with a bachelor's degree in a specific field.

Based on the resolution of the Graduation Committee, a graduate with a bachelor's degree in a specific field will be awarded a diploma by the President of CITI University.
